Refunds & cancellations
Coins are a digital good credited to your wallet immediately after a successful payment, and are non-refundable once credited, since they represent an instantly-delivered digital service. If a payment fails, is charged more than once, or is otherwise incorrectly deducted due to a technical error, it will be reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the issue being verified, at no cost to you.
Calls & billing
A call is billed in coins for its exact duration, rounded up to the nearest minute. Calls end automatically once your coin balance runs out.
The rules of using Sukoon Chat.
Eligibility
Sukoon Chat is available only to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid Indian mobile number. By creating an account, you confirm you meet both conditions.
Acceptable use
Calls on Sukoon Chat must remain respectful. Abusive, sexual, or hateful language, sharing personal contact details to move a conversation off-platform, and soliciting or providing anything outside the scope of a support conversation are all prohibited, and may result in account suspension without refund of unused coins.
Coins & payments
Coins are a prepaid digital credit used to pay for call minutes on the platform. Coins have no cash value outside Sukoon Chat and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash.
Service availability
Calls depend on both participants' network connectivity. Sukoon Chat makes reasonable efforts to ensure call quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and is not responsible for the conduct of other users during a call.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

What we collect
Your mobile number (for account verification only), the profile details you provide (name, language, photo), and records of call duration and coin transactions needed to run the service.
What we don't do
Calls are never recorded or stored by Sukoon Chat. Your phone number is never shown to the other participant on a call, and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
All data is stored on servers located in India.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, at any time by writing to the support email below.
